By accessing and using the services of Mitchell Family Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Mitchell Family Co. acts as a vehicle shipping agent, coordinating the transport of vehicles between locations. We connect customers with licensed and insured motor carriers.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Final payment terms will be outlined in your transport agreement. All prices are subject to change based on vehicle specifications, route, and market conditions.
Vehicles must be in operable condition unless otherwise arranged. A Bill of Lading documenting the vehicle's condition will be completed at pickup and delivery.
All vehicles are covered by the carrier's cargo insurance during transit. Additional insurance coverage may be available upon request.
Mitchell Family Co. is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any changes to your delivery timeline promptly.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Personal items left in vehicles during transport are not covered by carrier insurance. Mitchell Family Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
